Submit a Success Story

The Governor’s Office of Management and Budget (GOMB) wants to continue to collect stories about state agency’s improvement efforts. Each agency will be responsible for submitting two success stories a year. The story content should relate the impacts of improvements on customers, employees and/or stakeholders. 

You can submit your success story through the online form or by downloading the Word Document and emailing the completed document to

 One story will be due on the date indicated in the column below, and the other can be submitted anytime within the same year.
