Joe is the budget and policy analyst for the Department for Alcoholic Beverage Control, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Financial Institutions, the Department of Insurance, Cultural and Community Engagement, the Labor Commission, and the Public Service Commission. Joe graduated with honors from Utah Valley University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and from Liberty University in 2020 with a master's in public policy. Joe also completed an internship with Senator Orrin Hatch's office in Washington D.C.
Joe grew up in Davis County, Utah and has called Utah home his entire life. Outside of policy work, Joe enjoys exploring Salt Lake City's many attractions, reading as many books about European history as he can, and spending time with his family, friends, and his little white Westie dog, CiCi.
